Just Push Record Studios - Terms of Service

By booking a session with Just Push Record Studios (“JPR”), you agree to the following terms:

Recording Video Settings

All videos are shot in 1080p unless otherwise specified. Shooting in 4K must be requested in advance when booking your session and will incur a $50 upcharge.

Booking & Payment

All bookings must be paid in full prior to or at the start of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to JPR’s posted cancellation policy.

Arrival Time & Overtime

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Additional time requested during a session may be billed at JPR’s standard hourly rate, subject to availability.

Studio Use

Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests attending their session. No illegal activity, smoking, or excessive disruption is permitted inside the studio. See full Rules page.

Equipment & Damages

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, furniture, or property due to misuse, negligence, or intentional conduct during their session.

Content Responsibility

Clients retain ownership of their recorded content and are solely responsible for all material created or recorded at JPR, including ensuring it does not violate any laws, copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.

File Delivery & Storage

JPR will make reasonable efforts to deliver recorded files promptly; however, clients are responsible for backing up and downloading all delivered content. JPR is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or deleted files after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

JPR is not liable for lost recordings after delivery, personal injury, lost items, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from studio use.

Right to Refuse Service

JPR reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for inappropriate, unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Editing Turnaround

Estimated turnaround times provided by JPR Studios are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed to in writing. Turnaround times may vary based on project scope, revision requests, client responsiveness, holidays, or workload volume.

Editing - Included Revisions

Editing packages include a reasonable number of minor revisions related to cuts, timing, text adjustments, audio balancing, and other agreed-upon edits. Major restructuring of episodes, re-editing after final approval, or revisions caused by changes in client direction may result in additional fees.

Editing Style & Creative Discretion

Unless specific instructions are provided in advance, JPR Studios maintains reasonable creative discretion regarding pacing, camera selection, transitions, audio balancing, color correction, and overall editing style.

Editing - File Delivery & Storage

Final edited files will be delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed. Project files and raw footage may be deleted from JPR Studios systems after a reasonable storage period (often 2-3 months). Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered content.

Editing - Approval & Final Delivery

Once a final version is approved or delivered, the project will be considered complete. Additional edits or changes requested after final approval may be billed separately.

Editing - Content Standards

JPR Studios reserves the right to refuse editing services for content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates applicable laws or platform policies.

Editing - Limitation of Liability

While JPR Studios takes reasonable care in handling media files and editing projects, JPR Studios is not liable for accidental data loss, corrupted files, platform compression issues, third-party upload failures, or indirect damages arising from editing services.

Editing - Payment

Editing work may require full or partial payment before delivery of final files. Failure to submit payment may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.
